With over 15 years of experience, Rebekah has held leadership roles across the private sector, working closely with frontline teams to revolutionize service delivery and elevate customer experiences. Her career spans industries such as Telecom, Aviation, Renewable Energy and Fund Management, where she honed her skills in customer engagement and operational excellence.

Rebekah’s passion doesn’t end with customer experience. She is a champion of personal branding, financial literacy, and digital skills—foundational pillars she believes are essential for unlocking the potential of Africa’s workforce. Armed with an MBA in International Relations from Amity University, she continually embraces learning to stay ahead of emerging trends that shape the future of work.
